But, the tag was England and being the YA fan I am, I looked for something I could get through. I can't remember how I actually came upon the title, but once it matched up with enough...” see full review » see other reviews » |
Didn’t Like It“While looking for this book by title to add to my shelf, I came across an assortment of harlequin romances about pirates. They looked ridiculous. “This book may have been written for a younger audience, but it had enough action and character development to keep me involved and interested from start to finish, and I'm 38. I was entertained and intrigued. I cared about the characters and what would happen to them. It wasn't at all preachy, and didn't dance around the unsavory parts of these peoples' lives.”

Like kill me now please God slow. ”

Great book to listen to, I was somewhat bored through the first third of the story--all background, no pirates. Entertaining none-the-less.”

Ended up, I really enjoyed it. If you like books about pirates, strong rebellious women, or adventure in general, this book is for you.”
