    Pike was huge when I was in 8th/9th grade. I liked how he was a mild Stephen King.

    This was one of my very favorite books growing up, by one of my very favorite authors. I like to reread it occasionally and just allow myself to be transported back in time on the wave of my memories. I still adore it.
