- Shari Cooper: Shari Cooper is a pretty,green-eyed, teenage, girl who has recently died. She is now stuck in the afterlife unable to move on mentally until she has found out who killed her.
- Peter Nichols: Jeff's older brother who died a few years ago in a motorbike accident. Shari used to have a crush on him. Now a ghost helping Shari in the afterlife.
- Amanda Parish: One of the girls at the party. Jimmy's ex-girlfriend and accquantice of Shari.
- James 'Jimmy' Cooper: Shari's older brother and ex-boyfriend of Amanda who he still pines for.
- Dan: Shari's boyfriend.
- Beth: Owner of the house Shari dies at. Known as 'Big Beth'. She makes out with Dan when he is still seeing Shari.
- Jo Foulton: Shari's best friend.
- Jeff Nichols: Peters younger brother. Boyfriend of Beth who starts seeing Jo.
