“I loved this second book in the trilogy. I was unsure where the author would go and whether I would enjoy this as much as the first one, but it blew me away. Great historical fantasy romance -- unexpected I enjoy the fact that she creates strong female characters who drive the plot forward with heroes who feel very real.. Could not put this down.”
