“The author takes the familiar seven swans fairy tale, fleshes it out with characters that live and breathe, and then broadens and deepens the story. Historical romance readers will love this book, as will fantasy lovers. The historical backdrop of Ireland vs. England make the landscape both familiar and a new creation. Th writing is lyrical at times, and very easy to read. This book made me fall in love with the author, and have since read everything that she has published and have yet to be disappointed.”
