“Very easy to read--I didn't really like how it kept me hanging at the end of the last book, but an entertaining story. Some of the characters were a little annoying, too, but I did like it. I wished things worked out better with David!!”

Pretties Review
This book Pretties, written by Scott Westerfield was amazing because it was strong in the area of content. The book is very strong only if you read the first book in the series. This proves it is strong because if you will not understand what happened before so read the Uglies first. “We climbed the radio antenna until we stared death in the face”. As you can see some parts of the story are filled with suspense. Therefore, Scott Westerfield has written a book that has solid content.
Like the content, the style of this book was amazing. In the book, the protagonist takes an adventurous journey in the unknown. This proves the style because the protagonist never goes down one path in her story. The style of the book is like the content. As I mentioned above, I was very impressed with the style of the book.
The form of the book was very teenage like and I found this effective. The words used were very fitting for my language. The language in the book was not hard to understand at all in my case at least. These reasons made the form of the book work for me. It was excellent because the author is very illustrative with his words. As a result, I give this book a 8 out of 10 recommendation because the content, form, and style are not perfect in my point of view.
