The story of the rainmaker in the beginning (concept: if you want to improve things in your outer world, you have to improve things in your inner world first), is worth the price of admission. Book has importat concepts, simply explained. Good examples. Highly recommend.

This book was ok. I picked up a few good points but probably could have learned just as much reading a five-page essay.

Truly a good book for self-introspection, moving towards spirituality, and amazing pranayam and meditation techniques. Worth reading.
