Hemingway and Fitzgerald, who wrote stunning books at the same time, helped each other in the beginning and verbally killed each other at the end. They were polar opposites who couldn't stand the competition. This was a very interesting book, since it not only tells of personal rivalries, but also looks at each author and the books in a critical way. If you love either of these writers, you will find something new here. And there is a lot about their times in Paris, BTW.”
