    “The first couple of chapters has focused on the New Testament... The biggest problem I have with the KJV is the simple fact that the editors have taken the 7 books Christianity has held as Scripture since the 3rd and 4th centuries...

    I am not excited about textual criticism... To me The Catholic Church holds the teaching authority and has taught what are Holy Scriptures and what versions are authorized to read as scripture... Authorization from a Protestant King (James) does not hold any weight to my faith... The person must be properly sent from the Church as Jesus Sent his Apostles... The Apostles send their chosen teachers...
