“I just finished listening to a recorded version of this book and I enjoyed it almost completely. It was read by Campbell Scott one of my favorite narrators and his handling of the multitude of characters was excellent. There were oddities in the book that I could not wrap my mind around for a while, specifically the peculiar diction: such as the "go obscenity thyself" and "thee" and "thou" and "hast" etc. I know in French and Spanish there are formal and informal words for "you" and...”
