“I'd give this a C+/B-. I read it first a decade ago, and my grade was a straight C, but my range of books to compare it to was far more limited. This is a Marriage in Trouble/Reunion romance, fairly slim on plot, but if you like Wolf's typical heroine (bright and bookish, classy, well raised and conservative) and her typical hero (gorgeous, emotionally reserved, innately aristocratic, possessive), then you'll like this one.”
