I loved this book. Better than the Hobbit and the fellowship of the ring. This book had me reading at times that I don't usually read. I loved the storyline all the way through and it had me pick up the Return of the King very fast after I finished.

the two towers was one of the better of the sires with some good action and suspense. the story starts were book one left off. frodo and Sam have just left the other and Pipen and Mary just got caped by Uruk-hai. boramir make a valiant effort to save them but dies in the attempt. Aragon, Gimly, and Legalos chace after them and along the way meet the Riders of Rohan and Gandalf back from the dead. together with Gandalf the Isangard travel to the stronghold of Sarumon. when they arrive they see that it is been capture by the Ents and the two hobbits that they were looking for. then all together they go the kingdom of rohan. then the story goes to Frodo, Sam, and Gollem. their part goes to the encounter with the giant spider Shelob. the book has many names and places with names that are hard to remember, but it is a good book a sugest that all should read it.
