“The author describes herself as having been "boy-crazy" in her younger days, and it shows in the pages of this book with the many descriptions of her admiration for her Marlboro Man's muscles, build, looks, Wranglers. She's good at making fairly mundane occurrences sound monumental. And she sounds pretty self-centered, but the years about which she is writing was when she was a younger woman in her mid-20s. All of that being said, her writing is entertaining and the sense of humor she displays on her blog shows up in the book as well. I happened upon this at the library and enjoyed the read.”
