- Eric: a serial killer who killed his parents and multiple girls. although there was never any proof that he killed the girls. He was just released from a teenage prison after serving 3 years. semi psycotic.
- lieutenant Jake Proctor: the police man on Erics case. Does not want Eric to get out of jail. Knows Eric killed the girls even though he cannot prove it.
