“I have mixed feelings about this one. The premise, that the primary objective of parent’s should be to lead their children to Christ, was very good. But a lot of the application left me pretty cold, and I thought he mixed in things that he had biblical backup for with lots of things he didn’t, and also that he was probably pretty loose with his interpretation of some of the Proverbs. On the whole the book was pretty good, and it definitely made me think differently about the goal of parenting.
