The best way I can describe this book is "all encompassing". McC leaves no holes, and covers just about every aspect imaginable in the building of the bridge. I found a lot of different aspects that I enjoyed here - my inner architect was fascinated with the detail into which he explores not only the design and construction process itself, but also the project management, client/board struggles, and budget issues. The politician in me enjoyed seeing the inner workings of the powers behind...
