After reading Buddhism for Mothers, the first 1/2 of this book seemed to contain information I already knew, so I wasn't moved. But after that, it took me to a new level. There are tasks to do and lots of gentle reminders. I really feel like I know what he was talking about and before finishing the book I was already catching my gremlins in action. There is a lot to be said for what you can do with the information presented. I highly recommend this if you find yourself driven to do things that make you feel unhappy or even less than content.
