Once you start reading it you won’t want to stop. The knight in Shining Armor is a love story about a woman named Douglas that has bad luck with men. Douglas sister is so perfect, did well in school and dated gentlemen. Douglas in the other hand always accidently dated losers and even in one occasion, a criminal. But that was when she was a young lady. Now that she is older and more mature she finally picked out a nice guy. Douglass believes she is ready to marry this guy but he, in the other hand, is not ready. On one occasion they fight and they break up. She cries and just wishes she had “A Knight in Shining Armor” and a knight in the shining armor appears; and the journey begins.”

“A Knight in Shining Armor is my favorite book of Jude Deveraux's. Its thrilling, exciting, and even has scenes where you emotions come out with a certain character. I have read it three times over the years.

“La Lola sighed gustily and walked morosely around the ripmybodice offices. It’s so boring here without Sheridan and Mimi! Sheridan’s hustled off in her heels (and little else) for her lap dancing class and Mimi’s gone shopping for fertiliser. And I’m left all alone with nothing to do! Switching on the TV, La Lola saw a listing for “Shark.†Oh goody! Unfortunately, I tune in, only to discover that instead of the dynasty of killer sharks terrorising the good citizens of Maine, the show stars James Woods as a lawyer.

Even deeper in the mire of abject loneliness, I pull out the crate of Mumms. Heavily fortified with champagney goodness 3 hours later, La Lola decides that it is time. Time to review… “A Knight in Shining Armour.â€
