  “i'm reading this book for a grad school (psychology) class, but i completely recommend it for anyone. you'll need to read for a while to get past the sales aspect of the book (yeesh) but its core message is wonderful no matter who you are. it's a quick & easy read and takes some self-evaluation which is well worth it.”
