- Cornelius: An archeologist. He is Zira's fiancee and although he acts as if he dislikes Ulysee, he secretly respects him.
- Zaius: The most powerful ape in Ape City and is out to kill Ulysee and Ulysee's new family.
- Nova: A wild and native-like human who catches Ulysee's eye.
- Sirius: Ulysee and Nova's baby boy.
