My funny bone became inured over the course of a chapter or two. This book is better read in small chunks so that the humor hits you fresh each time. I can only laugh at the sound of my own internal voice so much before my brain goes fuzzy.”

“i found this book extremly funny, Stephen colbert is a very funny person. this book was probably on of my favorites because it was so true and so funny. this book touched on many topics such as american families, social security, the war in iraq, the economy and much more. not only is this book funny it is pretty true. unlike most funny books this book speaks about real things in a funny way. i almost cried while reading this book.. i wont say that colbert is one of my favorite authors but if he wrote another book i would read it.”
