Love Binchy, but what's great about her novels is their sort of epicness. The short stories just don't do it for me.

This was the first Maeve Binchy book I ever read and it still my favorite which I have read twice. The weaving of the stories of each rider is very interesting. The characters are developed in such a way that they become real and I liked them, warts and all.
