I found this book to be a great start into meditation and mindfullness, particularly as it relates to stress reduction and its healthful effects . I liked its approach which may be a little dry for some. After reading it I decided what do i have to lose and tried the CDs. And yes at times i agreed with Denizen but found when i feel that way is when i need it the most!
