“What a great book. It made me think, got me to see things from a different light. The "dangerous idea" according to McGrath, is the idea that each Christian has the right and ability to interpret Scripture. He looks at how, at the time of the Reformation, that was such a profound idea, and then traces how it has affected Protestantism through the last few hundred years. It really gave me a lot to chew on.”
