“I'm not a big fan of thrillers or horror-like books but The Replacement changed my mind around. Granted, this story isn't a horror book when you read it, but it's amazingly spooky and eerie...JUST to the point where you have to keep reading. I love how the author writes this, it's so clear but unclear, it has you thinking. The MC (Mackie) doesn't always show what he's thinking, but somehow, when he reveals something big, it's not abrupt. You would see it coming. Definitely worth reading. It's too unique and original not to read.”
