Belly has a huge crush on Conrad even though he shows no interest in her whatsoever. He actually ignores her all together. She is trying to forget about him when she gets a call from his younger brother Jerimiah. He explains how Conrad has gone missing and he's really worried. They go on a hunt for him, hoping to find him. When they finally find him back at the summer house, he wants nothing to do with him. He is angry that they came, because all he wanted was to be alone. After a few days, they finally got him to tell them why he wouldn't come home. His dad was going to sell the summer house, the last thing he had that reminded him of his mom who died just the past year. After a long fight, they finally save the house. This was a great read. I loved it!
