“I read this book in high school and it is one of those books that, for me, made me realize that reading could mean so much more than just entertainment. It can actually SAY SOMETHING that is important and worth thinking about. That things aren't always neat and tidy, but they are real and should be shared. I'm not trying to get philosophical, and I would be failing terribly if I was, but this particular story still resonates with me after all those years for the simple fact that it made me fall in love with words and the power of story. ”
