- Miss Celeste Temple: Beautiful Celeste Temple, the 25 year old heiress from the West Indies, is one of heroes in this adventure. Her chestnut curls define her, as well as her forthright will, and her need to stop the evil Cabal, with her comrades Cardinal Chang and Dr. Svenson, as she helps lead the charge to stop the evil plot for world domination.
- Cardinal Chang: The Cardinal is an assassin with the soul of a poet - another of our triumvirate of heroes - he fights for his love, Angelique, who has gone through the Process of the evil Cabal, as well as for his comrades, Dr. Svenson and Celeste Temple. Cardinal Chang has scars across his eyes which make him appear Chinese - even though he is white. He wears a long, red trechcoat and black glasses - the glasses are to hide his scars. He is magnificent at killing, and at staying alive as well.
- Dr. Abelard Svenson: Dr. Svenson is a surgeon in the Royal Navy of Macklenburg - ordered to accompany the Prince of Macklenburg on a trip to England, where the Price was supposed to marry the socialite, Lydia Vaanderiff, the Doctor, finds himself allied, with Chang and Temple in a triumvirate to stop a plot to take over the world from an evil Cabal, of which his Prince is a willing dupe.
