Silence, what a great name for the heroine in this story. I actually really liked her character. I was a little slower warming up to Tienan but he was worth the wait.
Tienan is an Alpha. He has been genetically altered to be a killing machine. He recently escaped from the city and corporation that owned him and does not trust anyone. He is shocked when a tracker seems to keep picking up his trail and decides to become the hunter instead of the hunted. His tracker is not what he was expecting.
Tienan captures Silence while she is tracking him. She remains his prisoner for a few days and during this time they form a strange sort of bond. She has yet to see his face since he always keeps it in the shadows and she can't help thinking she has some sort of mild Stockholm syndrome going on but she can't deny being drawn to him, even before he caught her.
