The book takes place in the world of T-FLAC, a private antiterrorist organization. A T-FLAC agent needs information from someone to access the weapons cache of a major terrorist organization. Unfortunately, the person with the information happens to be the best jewelery thief in the world. As a thief, she is adept at getting out of difficult situations and changing identities - so much so that it's going to be a challenge for this T-FLAC agent to hold her still long enough to listen to his proposition.

She is the best and our agent needs her help, but jeez, everything has got a price, nah...?
