Didn’t Like It“I am a big fan of Lori Foster, but I just could not finish this book. Between the violence, the f-word peppered duologue (more than she usually uses that is), and the trashy-type secondary characters, I was not able to find much redeeming value in that first 100 pages. Jude is frustrated, every time he sees May he lets her know what he really wants but she thinks he's being funny. Time to Charge, and circumstances come together to make her more susceptible to his charms; no way will she resist this time.....”

With her selfish family on her heels and her best friend wild as always. This woman has her hands full trying to keep everyone safe and happy.
A comedy with some steamy scenes.
The characters are vibrant you can't help but love.”

Between the violence, the f-word peppered duologue (more than she usually uses that is), and the trashy-type secondary characters, I was not able to find much redeeming value in that first 100 pages. Also, I don't mind cocky arrogant heroes, but Jude was a bit over the top. This went straight back to the UBS along with the second in the series.”

Jude is a famous actor and fighter and is gorgeous and he moves to a small town to escape gossip and there he meets May who is a little curvaceous and frumpy but is over an art dealership where they befriend each other and Jude wants more and she does not. Well her very stupid brother gets into some trouble and Jude is there to bail him out if his sister will bail Jude out!!! There were other character developments which means that there is more to this series but I am not sure about all that yet...so we will leave it at that. ”
