The Invitation:
Jackie O'Neill has lost her first love when her much older husband dies from heart failure, She has always been told what to do by whom and now she has a new found freedom and her passion in planes. And little "Billy" Montgomery is still profoundly in love with her. She isnt aware of this William Montgomery that rescues her in the first scene of our story as she has just returned to her home town of Eternity to set down roots that she never wanted to before. She has found a man who has been waiting literally all his life for her.

She is having a little trouble with the age difference even though in reverse the age difference didnt seem to have much affect on her with Charley. William tries unsuccessfully many times to convince her that it doesnt have to be a problem. But even her friend Terri shows concern for this. But after a serious talk with
Williams mother oneday exposes the fact that others concerns are not necessarily selflessly founded. She finally opens her eyes and runs to Williams arms.

The Matchmakers:
Kane Taggert is in need of a woman in his and his sons life or at least his family thinks so. So his mother sets him up with a guide job in Colorado and he is in charge of 4 New York women, One is a widow and in a simimlar situation as him, one is a renowned author who conflicts with him from the first moment, the other two are sidekicks but not much trouble. When he runs into his brother while on a run to release pent up frustration they decide to switch places, Then his eyes begin to open, and he realizes that this rough edged authoress is more than just pins and prickles once you get past the introductions so to speak. And come to find out she can tell him and Michael apart.

After a while spent with Ruth Edwards he realizes he is just fantasizing about his late wife and how much Ruth looks like her but realizes she is nothing he expected so he shows up via helicopter in tux and bearing champagne and his sons are soon at the door. And they realize they all belong together.
