This intelligent, ensnaring story came out of nowhere--Oxford, Mississippi, where Grisham was a small-town lawyer--and quickly catapulted to the top of the bestseller list, with good reason. Mitch McDeere, the ... (read more)

Waoo! Simply great loved it, was hooked from start to end it was very difficult to put this book down amazing. Mitch's character was well written (haven’t seen the movie but just couldn’t help picturing Tom Cruise as Mitch) without Abby & Doris nothing would have been possible. All escapes were very narrow kept me on the edge all the time.
In short Grisham Rockz & Rulez.

Bendini, Lambert & Locke, that was the firm. I read this book over a decade ago but you've got to give credit for how believable Locke was as a bad guy, the eyes got me. A great book that reminds us that money aint all(LOL) and to mostly confirm some offers.

It's true. Some of the issues McDeere runs into, such as the "golden handcuffs" that the Firm puts on their employees, really do seem to come up in life.
