Kinsey goes undercover to investigate the murder of a drinking buddy and discovers a massive insurance scam. She meets the violent and scary Raymond Maldonado and his sometime girlfriend Vivana Diaz. There is a very funny scene in this one involving a pitt bull that had tears coming out of my eyes I was laughing so hard.

"H" is for horrible. OK, not horrible but not good. Worst Grafton book so far in the series. None of the old regular characters, none of her regular life. Hated it, compared to the others, but, compared to other books in general...well, I finished it.
