    Written by a clinical psychologist and former medical researcher at Johns Hopkins University, this book is an easy to read explanation of how to use the emotional freedom technique (EFT) to help oneself overcome a myriad of personal difficulties whether emotional, mental, or physical. Problems ranging from anger management, phobias such as fear, health issues such as chronic pain all respond amazingly well to this simple incredibly effective technique.
