• Geoffrey Canada: Mr. Canada is the Harvard-educated leader of the Harlem Children's Zone. He is aggressive and adamant about raising the test scores of poor black students in Harlem. He had a hard life growing up in the South Bronx, but, by some luck, he was accepted into Bowdoin College in Maine. After that, he grabbed a master's degree in education from Harvard.
