  • Catwoman/Selina Kyle: The voice of reason out of the trio. Selina and Poison Ivy seem to have power clashes from time to time.
  • Poison Ivy/Pamela Lillian Isley: Cool and stand-offish, Pamela prefers to do her own thing despite the fact that she's in the group. She often times clashes with Catwoman out of sheer personality conflicts.
  • Harley Quinn: The neutralizing element to the trio. Harley Quinn has the group's best interest at heart and can't stand it when Selina or Pamela fight.
  • The Riddler/Edward Nygma: Ally of the Sirens for a period of time before the connection is terminated during an encounter with Aesop.
  • Sister Zero/Magdalene Kyle: Sister of Selina Kyle, Magdelene goes mad after her she watches her husband's brutal murder. Her anger and pain is displaced onto Selina, whom of which she holds responsible for her husband's death. She later takes on the role of Sister Zero and tries to turn Harley Quinn against Catwoman in Poison Ivy's absence.
  • Doctor Aesop: Enemy of the Sirens.
