An important and painful read that makes for a great source of info about Darfur's frontlines. Don Cheadle and John Prendergast have done us proud!

I don't know how anyone could remain complacent and not be inspired to get involved with the genocide occurring in Darfar after reading this book. John Prendergast and Don Cheadle do an excellent job of weaving their own personal experiences with facts in this book.

If you want to be inspired or "change the world" read this book! It really changed my perspective on the situation in Africa specifically in Darfur.

I wanted to know how the civil war in Darfur started so I picked up this book. I would suggest to anyone because I feel we have a responsibility to know what's really going on. The book includes six ways we can help today.

Very eye-opening. Taught me that there is a lot going on in the world that should not be going on, and I need to do my part to combat genocide. When we say, "Never again" about holocausts, we need to mean it. Everyone should read this book just to get educated about the happenings in Sudan and what we all can do to help end it.

Excellent non-fiction. Read in tandem with "What is the What", you will be moved to act on behalf of Darfur.

This is a great book for anyone who is interested in learning about Darfur. It also gives tips on how to help in both small and big ways. Not on our watch is extremely well written and very helpful to those who want to help, but do not know all the facts about this crisis. I thought they explained the political issues well and found the foot notes helpful.
