“Wow, I thought she couldn't top her last book in this series, but Louise Penny did it! Another wonderful mystery including the characters I have grown to love. I loved the description of Quebec Old Town, and even though I absolutely HATE the cold I still want to visit there, and of course I still want to live in the village of Three Pines.
There were actually three mysteries going on at the same time in this book and Ms. Penny had no trouble tying them all together.
Her writing is just so remarkable, once I start reading one of these books in this series I get completely immersed in the world she has created. There were parts that made me laugh and yes a couple of parts made me cry out loud, a book hardly ever does that for me, but she is just that good!”
