“AT THE BILLIONAIRE'S BECK AND CALL by Harlequin Desire Author Rachel Bailey is the first book I read from this author. And wow! I was blown away by the emotional intensity she gave to her story.
The hero, Ryder, knew what he wanted and he went after it, and that was Macy. Ryder as a child, underwent childhood disturbances due to his parents. His father had married his mother for her money. He actually had two families. He stayed married to her mother but had a mistress and two sons by the union spending time with his second family.
Macy, herself had left the US to make a life for herself in Australia. Her mother had died when she was only thirteen and her father had ignored her.
Now Ryder wanted to marry Macy for her father's company. And their emotional roller-coaster starts.
It was full of unexpcted twists and turns. Yet, you couldn't help but root for Ryder and Macy throughout!
