The sequel to Deadly Gamble, it is a light read about Mojo Sheepshanks, a wanna-be detective who happens to see dead people. This book revolves around a long-ago crime that implicates Mojo's sister, and results in blackmailing and murder. It's an easy read, highly unbelieveable, but fun nontheless.

Mojo Sheepshanks is facinating. Love this series. She sort of tumbles into these mysteious fixes that she had to get out of...supposedly the norm for a mail order PI. This involves her family and that fabulous boyfriend of hers, Tucker. Good fun mystery

This is the 2nd book featuring Mojo Sheepshanks, a PI newbie. I think this book is even better than the first one. Mojo's sister is being blackmailed and also a young murder victim, Gillian, is trying to get Mojo to figure out who murdered her. The heat between Mojo and her boyfriend Tucker is even hotter. This is a great thriller with many funny and sad moments. I only wish the next in the series was already available.
