- Scott Pilgrim: 24 years old. Our hero. Dated some girls, kicked some evil ex-boyfriend butt. His girlfriend left. His band split up. Currently living alone in an new apartment his parents paid for.
- Ramona Victoria "Rammy" Flowers: 24 years old. She is a "ninja delivery girl", she has dated some evil guys, then dated Scott. Cut her hair off, then disappeared (literally). Where did she go?
- Kim Pine: 24 years old? Scott dated her in high school. Drummer. She moved back in with her parents, in the boonies.
- Envy Adams: 24 years old? She dated Scott in university. She was a nerd, then she got cool. Moved to Montreal, started a band. Scott broke her band up in volume three.
- Knives Chau: 18 years old. Scott dated her for a little while when he was twenty-three. She's taking her sweet time getting over him.
- Wallace Wells: Scott's former roommate. 25 years old, he provides moral support (sort of). He is gay.
- Stacey Pilgrim: Scott's younger sister. Much, much, much more mature than him.
- "Young Neil" Nordegraf: He used to hang out with the band. He is Stephen Stills 20 year old roommate. No one has really been keeping tabs on him lately.
- Stephen Stills: He used to be in charge of the band... but Scott broke his bass and Kim moved away. He broke up with Julie and is currently dating Joseph.
- Julie Powers: She used to go out with Stephen, but it looks like they really broke up this time.
- Gideon Gordon Graves: Ramona's final evil ex. Club owner.
- Monique: Gossip girl.
- Sandra: Monique's friend.
- Joseph: The quiet one. Member of Stephen's new band, lived with Kim Pine until she moved out. Currently dating Stephen Stills.
- Cole: Drummer. Scott stuck a fork in his head.
- Michael Comeau: The guy who knows everyone (including you). Often seen at parties.
- Sarah Jane: Who is she?
- Gideon: Ramona's long lost pet cat.
- Simon: Kim's high school ex
- The Negascott: All of Scott's bad decisions
- Other Scott: Wallace's gay best friend.
