“I liked the idea of dealing with different people differently. I liked how this books is elaborating how a manager can be flexible and coach his team according to their personalities and experiences and not according to strict set of rules.
But unfortunately, I gave it to a friend of mine who was somehow pissing his team off, and he was applying a deep micromanagement model to them all. But I haven't seen any change in his attitude so far. May be he just took it from me but he didn't read it :) ”
