"Somebody once said, 'True love is like ghosts, which everybody talks about and few have seen.' I've seen both, and I don't know how to tell which is worse."

This is the opening statement in the best book I've read all year. More Than You Know by Beth Gutcheon is a captivating and...

The writer is VERY talented and the storylines are great. Because of what you already know from reading the summary of the book, the suspense of what it will all lead to keeps you intrigued. One of the best!

The parallel story lines were a little distracting at first, but easier to tolerate once you got used to it. The mystery was interesting, but I feel like the story became fueled too much by it after the beginning promised more depth to the characters.

a very good book. It gives past and present, back and forth in time

Great book! I found this at the local Goodwill for a couple of dollars and skeptically bought it. I liked that the story was in Maine. Turns out one of the best books I have read in awhile. I plan on reading all the rest of her books

Do not start this book unless you can read all day and stay up late.

I usually do not care for novels that jump around in time, but this one had short chapters and in the end you could see why this worked so well for the story. Also, it was seet in Maine, a beautiful place. A young woman feels different, marries a man who feels the same, but she comes to rue to day.

Amazing book!!! Loved the word choice and tone of the author. Loved the comparisons to two different stories. Love love LOVE!

Kind of boring, and truthfully I wasn't very impressed. But somehow the subtle romance and Conary's turnout, actually touched me. Surprising, but wasn't exactly what I was expecting in this book after all the reviews I'd read.
