This book is AWESOME! Shadows on the Stars takes you on a adventure that you won't soon forget. As soon as everything seems to be fine, it turns into a epic battle for the fate of Avalon. A young wizard has to defeat a evil spirit warlord, a eagle man has to comfront his past, and a girl must travel to the darkest realm.

Almost as exciting and surprising as the first book, with multiple different plot paths that will somehow unfold the mystery of the whole thing. By keeping things a mystery until the last second, and making a mystery out of something you didn't think was one, makes the book fast-paced, fun, and occasionally humorous.

Again, another great installment in this series. I suppose that this one was in some ways a typical second book, a transition book, but it was so enjoyable it didn't feel formulaic at all. Filled with T.A. Barron's trademark adventure, humor, and thrills, Shadows on the Stars is a wonderful book.
