• Schuyler Van Alen: Daughter of Allegra Van Alen (Blue Blood) and Bendix Chase (human familiar). She is a half blood also known as Dimidium Cognatus and the only one of her kind. She is also the granddaughter of Cordelia Van Alen who was also known as Catherine Carver.
• Benjamin (Jack) Force: A Blue Blood teenage boy from the infamous Force family, who is not only blessed with wealth but also good looks that most girls drool over. Son of Charles Force and twin of Mimi Force but more importantly he is in love with Schuyler.
• Oliver Hazard-Perry: Best friend of Schuyler and former familiar. A red blood and conduit.
• Freya: A bartender at the Holiday Cocktail Lounge.
• Allegra Van Alen: (Gabrielle, The Uncorrupted); Schuyler's Mother and Charles Force's bondmate.
• Bendix Chase: Schuylers human father. Went to school with Allegra and Charles, a red blood.
