  • Daisy Giordano: The youngest of the Giordano sisters. Part Telepathic, part Telekinetic, and part Clairvoyant but none of them a hundred percent reliable. A senior at Nightshade High School.
  • Penny Edwards: A senior at Nightshade High School, she is a social climber and a gossip and does everything possible to be one of the popular kids. Also is "friends" with Sam.
  • Samantha Devereaux: Known as the "Devine" Devereaux. Samantha is popular, the head cheerleader, very beautiful, and friends with Daisy.
  • Ryan Mendez: Daisy's long time friend turned boyfriend. Ryan is popular, part of almost every varsity sport at the High School, and a Werewolf. Father is the cheif of police.
  • Sean Walsh: Lives next door to the Giordano's. Samantha's boyfriend and Ryan's best friend. The Quarterback of the Football team and the star catcher on the baseball team at the High School.
  • Wolfgang Paxton: A Freshmen at Nightshade High school. The youngest child of one of the founding families and a new werewolf. A trouble maker and was caught for dealing "Hairballs" (a combination of steroids and werewolf blood) to some of the Football team over the summer.
  • Bianca: Works at the Wilder Mansion. She is a shapeshifter and becomes a black cat.
  • Poppy Giordano: Daisy's older sister. Strong Telekinetic. First year College student at UC Nightshade.
  • Rose Giordano: Daisy's oldest sister. Strong Telepath. Very smart and a student at UC Nightshade.
  • Circe Silvertongue: A famous chef originally from Nightshade. Returns to be the head chef at the Wilder Mansion. Daisy wins cooking lessons with her.
  • Nicholas Bone: Rose's Boyfriend. Was adopted by Mort Bone and works as an Undertaker. A Member of the Nightshade City Council and is a Werewolf.
  • Mort Bone: Owns a Mortuary. Head of the Nightshade City Council and is referred to as Mr. Skull (becomes a living skeleton.)
  • Beatrice Tray: New Guidance Counselor at Nightshade High School. From Atlanta, young and attractive.
  • Rafe Giordano: Daisy's Father. Recently rescued from the Scourge after a six year imprisonment. Used to be a Professor at UC Nightshade who studied Paranormals.
  • Balthazar: Circe's male truffle sniffing pet pig.
  • Slim: Real name is Griffin, owns Slim's Diner and is Daisy's boss. He is completely invisible and is currently dating Natalie.
  • Natalie: A witch and formally a grad student from Oregon. Father killed by the Scourge, Grandmother died trying to get revenge by working with the Scourge against the Nightshade City Council. Currently dating Slim.
  • Lilah Porter: A student and Nightshade High School. Part mermaid on her Mother's side.
  • Gage Atwood: Formally a student at San Carlos High School who died in a tragic car accident. Haunted Mort's Mortuary for a time as a ghost and fell in love with Poppy Giordano. Moved on.
  • Lily: Mrs. Wilder's sister who went missing. Was engaged to BAM (Balthazar Anthony Merriweather)
  • Flo: Slim's sister and the waitress at Slim's Diner. In her mid twenties and has a strong personality. Has some interesting tattoos. Shirts Worn: THE RUMORS ARE TRUE, TOWN ANNIVERSARY TEE (FRONT: WHAT'S SO NORMAL ABOUT NIGHTSHADE?, BACK: NIGHTSHADE'S BICENTENNIAL, KEEPING SECRETS FOR 200 YEARS.)
