- Risa Koizumi: At 5'7" tall, Risa is the tallest girl in her class. Risa is always at odds with Otani, the shortest guy in the class. However, she dreams of finding a boyfriend her own height or taller because of her insecurity with her height.
- Otani Atsushi: At barely 5'1", Otani is the shortest guy in the class. He and Risa form the school's "Comedy Duo", though they usually are at (friendly) odds with eachother. He has a thing for short, cute girls. He is also a star player on the basketball team.
