“I really liked this book and it had me interested in the first couple of pages. The main character is very likeable, but gets involved in a secret that becomes more and more deadly for her as the book goes on. ”Pamela Fox wrote this review Monday, July 16, 2012. I was feeling burned out from all the Juvenal and young adult fiction I have been reading and needed a fun, quick adult read, so I grabbed this book that I had been given by my in-laws off the shelf. Evidently, I grabbed the wrong book. The writing was so cliched it was painful at times. I had no connection to or sympathy for the main character. The plot was slightly unrealistic and yet totally predictable. The only good thing I can say about this book is that I'm finished, and it can go back on the shelf!”

“Typical James Patterson but he is always entertaining to read for some lite entertainment. Since I was in Key West recently, this was fun because I could identify all the places mentioned. His books will never be deep, but they are enjoyable and sometimes that is more important.”Linda H wrote this review Wednesday, May 23, 2012. ( reply | permalink ) Was this review helpful? Yes | No

“Once again James Patterson waits until the very end to reveal the killer, Ilove his books because you never know who commited the crime.”Jordan wrote this review Thursday, May 3, 2012. ( reply | permalink ) Was this review helpful? Yes | No

“Now You See Her
By James Patterson
Would you risk your life to save the life of a stranger? This is the dilemma Nina Bloom finds herself facing. Nina has been in hiding since she found out she was pregnant eighteen years ago, but when an innocent man is about to be executed for a crime he didn’t commit Nina is the only one who can save him.
This was an intense suspense filled novel; James Patterson has managed to capture our attentions from the very beginning and does not let it go even after the end. The book starts off with the history of Nina and why she is now in hiding and continues until she faces the demons from her past and they are laid to rest. This book is definitely worth the read, and the audio book was a lot of fun for me I especially enjoyed the added sound effects.
