Would you risk your life to save the life of a stranger? This is the dilemma Nina Bloom finds herself facing. Nina has been in hiding since she found out she was pregnant eighteen years ago, but when an innocent man is about to be executed for a crime he didn’t commit Nina is the only one who can save him.
This was an intense suspense filled novel; James Patterson has managed to capture our attentions from the very beginning and does not let it go even after the end. The book starts off with the history of Nina and why she is now in hiding and continues until she faces the demons from her past and they are laid to rest. This book is definitely worth the read, and the audio book was a lot of fun for me I especially enjoyed the added sound effects.

“There are few that can tell a story like James Patterson. This book was a page turner from page 1. This book is full of murder, mystery, and crooked cops.

Just when you think you figured it all out a twist shows up.
Nina (not her real name) ran to save her life and her daughter's life. She risks it all to save an innocent man from death row.
I loved all the twists and turns. There was a major twist at the end I never saw coming. I literally sat there with my mouth open in shock.
I am amazed at how well Nina was able to build such a successful life for herself and her daughter. It shows you what one can do if they put thier mind to it.”

I love reading Faye Kellerman but her books take awhile. There is nothing like picking up a Patterson book and trying to figure out all the twists and turns. Great reading and fun too.”
